2. Personal data processed
Identity (name), contact (e-mail, phone), company information and request content submitted via our website forms and chat; for job applications, your CV and application details; and, for security purposes, IP address and timestamps. To suggest content in a suitable language, the country of your IP address (Turkey / outside Turkey only) is determined in real time; the IP address is not stored for this purpose.

4. Legal grounds and collection method
Data is collected electronically via website forms and chat, and processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the Law: necessity for establishing or performing a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and, where required, explicit consent.
5. Transfers
Personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above and as necessary, to our hosting and e-mail service providers and to authorised public authorities.
6. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law you may request information about the processing of your data, its purpose and recipients, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to processing and claim compensation. Send requests to info@isfchem.com.
