Sunflower lecithin (E322)

Used as an emulsifier, dispersing agent, foam stabilizer, release agent and to prevent crystallization.

In the food sector, it is an important raw material in chocolate production. It is generally used as an emulsifier in foods.

As a surface-active raw material, it is used as a wetting and dispersing agent in pharmaceutical and margarine production.

In agriculture, it acts as a wetting, dispersing and emulsifying agent in the production of insecticides, fungicides, herbicides or acaricides.

In the pharmaceutical industry, it functions as a wetting agent, stabilizing agent and choline-enriching carrier, helps form emulsions and encapsulation, and serves as an effective dispersing agent. It can be used in the manufacture of intravenous fat infusions and for therapeutic purposes.

In animal feed, it enriches fat and protein and improves pellet formation.

In the paint industry, it forms protective coatings for dyeing and ink printing, has antioxidant properties, helps prevent rust, and acts as a color enhancer, catalyst, conditioning aid modifier and dispersion aid. It functions as an emulsifier and wetting agent, a good stabilizer and suspending agent, helps maintain a homogeneous mixture of pigments, and assists in dispersing metal oxide pigments, solvent-based dyes and fast latex-based paints.
